Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

FeyTouched Crystals ships internationally! Please be conscious that overseas shipping is expensive and out of our control. Shipping is determined by location and weight. We do cover a portion of the shipping cost to help with the high prices and do our best to offer the most affordable shipping option possible. 

Processing time is 1-5 business days; however, FeyTouched Crystals is run by one person with some help from loved ones, so a large amount of orders can cause a slight delay in the processing time. 

FeyTouched Crystals is not responsible for any duty or tax collection from the country of delivery.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.

We ask that you please double-check your address before purchasing as we are not responsible for any packages that are delivered to an incorrect location.
