Refund policy
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted; on items or gift cards. All sales are final. Exceptions will be evaluated and, if approved, will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Please be sure to review your cart at checkout as anything that is 'accidentally' ordered will not be refunded under any circumstance.
No refunds for broken or damaged products are permitted. Once your order is dropped off at the postal office, we are no longer responsible for the package. If an item arrives broken or damaged, a claim will need to be filed through the applicable postal service. Please email us at feytouchedcrystals@gmail.com if any assistance from us is needed.
If an incorrect address was given at checkout, the package will most likely be returned to FeyTouched Crystals as a 'Return to Sender' package from the applicable postal service. If this occurs, no refund will be made; no exceptions. Please ensure the address you use at checkout is correct and you sign for the package upon arrival. All packages must be signed for when they are delivered to prevent loss and theft. If you are not home at the time of delivery, a mail slip will be left at your door or mailbox to pick up and sign for the package at your local post office (address provided on the slip).
Lost or stolen packages will not be refunded or shipped for a second time.
