Do I get freebies with my order?
Yes! We give free crystals and an incense in every order! We have also partnered with an absolutely amazing shop on Etsy, RebelandSiren, to provide you with stunning free crystal stickers with every order. If you'd like to know more, visit our 'About Us' section on our site. We would also appreciate if you'd please visit her Etsy and giver her your love and support!
Can I return items or get a refund?
We do not allow returns or refunds. All purchases are final sale. Exceptions will be evaluated and, if approved, will be refunded in the form of store credit. Please be sure to review your cart at checkout as anything that is 'accidentally' ordered will not be refunded under any circumstance. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please file a claim with the applicable postal service. Please contact us if you need our assistance with a filed claim.
Why do some of your listings not allow me to choose the specific crystal I want?
We try to provide as many listings as possible that allow you to select the crystal(s) you would like to adopt. With that being said, smaller items like tumbles, mini mushrooms and mini spheres are chosen at random as it would be too time consuming to create a listing for each individual one. We would love to hear any preferences you may have. Please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your needs!
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We strive to be as low waste as possible. Most of our packaging is either recyclable, recycled, reusable, or biodegradable. There's always room for improvement!
Are your crystals ethically sourced?
At FeyTouched Crystals we work with suppliers who are reliable and trustworthy. We do our research, asking questions pertaining to the working conditions, employee health and safety, working wages, etc. The term 'ethically sourced' has no true meaning behind it since there are no rules or regulations for it. Crystals come from locations all over the world and move through various channels before they end up with a supplier. Most crystals are untraceable from their original source, which is why we prefer the term 'consciously sourced.' This means that we do our very best to find suppliers we can depend on for quality crystals.
Can I see more pictures of a crystal I'm considering purchasing?

Can I provide suggestions for crystals to be stocked?
Absolutely! We would love nothing more than to hear from all of you about the crystals you would love to see in future restocks. Please contact us and let us know what you would like to see and we will do our best to accommodate!
How do I cleanse my crystals?
Crystals are commonly cleansed with smoke by using incense, candles, etc. Certain crystals like Satin Spar/Selenite also have the ability to cleanse other crystals. Some crystals can be cleansed by water; however, not all crystals are water safe and we recommend that you do some research before using this method. Crystals can also be cleansed by light from a full moon, burying them in the earth, or by utilizing your own energies.
